- Offload your app.
Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Click on the Dutch Bros app > Tap on “Offload App" (iOS). - If you are using a VPN, turn it off.
- Delete the Dutch Bros app.
- Turn off your cell phone, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on.
- Redownload the Dutch Bros app.
Android:
- Clear the app cache.
Open Settings > Swipe to and tap Apps > Select or search for the Dutch Bros app > Tap Storage > Tap "Clear cache". - If you are using a VPN, turn it off.
- Delete the Dutch Bros app.
- Turn off your cell phone, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on.
- Redownload the Dutch Bros app.
